*The room fees are contigent upon the number of ladies in the house. This cost will be split between each woman and will be due by August 15th in order to get the house reserved on time. If you plan to go to the conference this year you must let Tanya know by August 1st to get a head count to determine the size room needed (which can change the price). Please bear in mind, however, that if you put your name down to go and something changes to keep you from attending, you are still responsible for the fees since a place was made based on your attendance. IT would not be fair to the other ladies if they had to incur an added expense after the fact. Should something of this nature arise, feel free to "sell" your space to another lady who wants to attend.
