New Classes
Wednesday Nights: Charles Cribb is teaching a
structured class on "Contagious Community". If you are
interested in joining this class and need a book, please see Charles.
New Life Cell Group - Under the direction of Shannon
and Joni Grant will have their first meeting at 6:00,
Sunday August 1. If you have been needing a group
that you can join and learn from this is the place to
be. I know that God is in this and it will be an enjoyable
experience for all. You will learn from the Lord,
fellowship together, at times go on outings together and
most of all learn to enjoy being a Christian and serving
the Lord. If anyone else is interested in starting a cell
group, please contact the Pastor.
Contagious Counselings - We have been meeting
and have the floor plan for this wonderful class that
will be helping with addictions. Please be in prayer for
this. We realize that we will be dealing with powers and
principalities of the air. Addiction can consist of alcohol,
drugs, pornography, prescription drugs, sex and many
other areas that is destroying lives. These classes
will last only one hour and they will be on Thursday
night. We give you the starting date soon.
Fellowship Hall Usage: Anyone who uses the church
Fellowship Hall for PRIVATE events will be required to
pay a $50 deposit prior to the event. Your check will not
be cashed until after the event has taken place. If the
Fellowship Hall is cleaned and returned to its previous
condition, your check or money will be returned. If not,
your deposit will be used to pay the cleaning service.
EVERYONE CAN BE A PART!! It is time to collect
items for our gift packets for the college students for
the upcoming year. Our part is "TOOTHPASTE"!! We
will be collecting these during the months of July and
August. Thank you for helping us support our college
students!!!
Family Night: Family Night Services are held each Wednesday evening at 7 pm. There are classes available for Children ages 3 and up. If you and your family are not attending on Wednesday nights, you're missing a great time of digging into the Word of God!
Sunday Morning Prayer: The Praise Team has begun a new practice. Every Sunday morning at 9:30 we gather with the Pastor, the armor bearers, Mrs. Bonnie and any others who may be present to pray. What would happen if the numbers increased and we had a unified cry for revival? Give yourself an extra half hour to come out and pray for a revival to erupt in our midst. Don't come because it's what everyone else is doing, but because you want to see a move of God like you've never before seen in your life. Come, join your faith with ours-let your voice be heard-let's make the sound so loud that hell has to buy earmuffs to stand it!
